Even the very high productivity of the N-840D and C-800D air automatic heat presses is significantly increased, with the addition of the HIX Shuttle System.

This ingenious attachment mounts into existing holes already drilled into both machines.

The shuttle consists of a rigid steel frame, with an extra platen. Both items are shipped in a separate box, with the necessary screws and easy to follow installation instructions. The HIX tech department is also available for help.

When the head come up, the shuttle, with the new product, is slid over the bottom of the heat press. While that item is pressing, the second platen is unloaded and reloaded.

This arrangement produces as close to zero unproductive "down-time" as is humanly possible.
